Terms & Conditions
When you register for a class or program with Spanish Alive, you are agreeing to comply to the policies listed below.
Spanish Alive reserves the right to cancel a class if fewer than 3 students register for a class. If the class is cancelled, we will email you immediately and your payment will be refunded in full.
We offer a full refund for courses if you decide to withdraw more than 1 week prior to the start of the course. Please note that NO refunds will be issued after registration closes (registration closes 1 week prior to the start of the first class), and no refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes over the duration of the course.
Paying in Installments Policy:
If you select to register with multiple payments, you will be charged the first installment at the time of purchase, and all following payments will be automatically charged per agreed upon terms until paid in full.
Registering for one of our courses is a commitment. You are responsible for the entire payment regardless of how many times you attend class. The more you go to class the more you will get out of our program!
Marketing & Social Media: Spanish Alive retains the right to use photos, video or multimedia from classes in social media posts and other marketing efforts. Upon purchasing a class with Spanish Alive, you consent to you appearing in marketing materials.
Removing Consent: If you would not like to appear in marketing materials, please notify Spanish Alive in writing, via an email to info@spanishalive,org, a minimum of seven days prior to the start of classes.
